A $250.00 refundable deposit applies to all Orchard Room Rentals. Full payment is due when completing paperwork. Rental time does not include set up and clean up time. Deposit is refundable. Tables, chairs, and access to kitchen are included in rental pricing.

Capacity in Rooms 102, 104, 106. & 107 have a capacity of 40 people with tables and chairs. 50 people with only chairs.
Capacity in our Double Room 104/106 has a capacity of 70 people with tables and chairs. 100 people with only chairs.
